Refund Policy

Cancellation by Devotee

We understand that spiritual plans may change. If you need to cancel a scheduled pooja, please inform us at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund of any advance payment.

Cancellation Within 24-48 Hours

Cancellations made within 24 to 48 hours of the scheduled time may be subject to a nominal administrative fee (typically 20% of the service value) to cover preparation costs.

Same-Day Cancellations

For same-day cancellations, refunds will be handled on a case-by-case basis. If the pandit has already reached the location, the traveling expenses and a base service fee will be deducted.

Rescheduling

Rescheduling a ritual is always free of charge if done at least 24 hours in advance, subject to the availability of our Vedic scholars.

Service Performance

Once a ritual has been performed, no refunds will be issued. We take immense pride in our work and ensure absolute scriptural accuracy in every ceremony.
