Lohith's father is both an artist and a purohit. Growing up watching him and his team create alankarams, rangolis, and temple decorations, Lohith didn't just observe — he became part of it. He began assisting, and eventually started doing alankarams himself while still in school, not as practice, but out of genuine devotion.
He learned the Vedic path of pourahityam from his father and his gurus — Sridhar Guru and Nagender Guru — who helped him understand the deeper meaning behind every ritual. For Lohith, art and devotion are inseparable.
